Chief Executive Officer

Abdullah is the Founder and CEO of Capstone Learning. He has worked extensively with students, coaching and advising them on getting into the top universities of their choice, and on efficiently planning and preparing for the required admissions tests.

He has an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from the Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from Leonard N. Stern School of Business - NYU, and has completed graduate coursework at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Previously he was a Senior Advisor at the Office of Tony Blair, and a Strategy Consultant at Monitor Group.

Richard, an American national, is a top ranked instructor at Kaplan’s New York office. He has taught nearly 200 pre-college and postgraduate students and prepared them for admissions in top universities, such as MIT, Harvard, Cornell, Yale, Dartmouth, Duke, Northwestern, Oxford, and others. He has taught GMAT, GRE, SAT, SAT Subject Tests, TOEFL, and other tests.

Richard graduated from two Ivy League universities, with an MBA from Columbia University, and a B.A. in History/International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania (Dean’s List)/ Previously he was the COO/CFO of two startup companies.

Robert, an American national, is an admissions expert and heads Capstone Learning’s admissions consulting program. Previously, he was a Harvard Admissions Interviewer and Evaluator. Robert has helped countless international and domestic students turn their academic dreams into reality, offering customized advice. He has an uncanny ability finding that unique quality or talent in each applicant to distinguish that applicant from the rest of the crowd--which is often dispositive in college admissions decisions.

Robert graduated from two Ivy League universities, with a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Cornell University.
